Appearence: He is basically a good looking guy. (lol) His hair is basically short, but the bangs are long and hang over his right eye. He normally wears this black cape like cloak. When he gets ready to fight he takes off the cape/cloak, in which he is normally wearing a grey muscle shirt and a some black battle pant. (lol) He wears basic black ninja shoes and normal handwraps. He wears his ninja band on his forehead like everyother ninja. (xD) On his waist he keeps his weapon packs. And that is basically his appearence.

Fighting Style: Kumori is an extremely fast ninja. As far as close combat goes he prefers to stay out of it because he isn't really that strong. He speed is a major advantage for him when it come to hand signs because as him primarily being a genjutsu user he has to be quick with hand signs. He can also use ninjutsu rather well, but doesn't focus a whole lot on ninjutsu.
History: Ten years ago when he was 6 years old his father was a very famous ninja in the leaf village and was known very well in the ninja community as a great water jutsu user.(yes its rather weird for a leaf ninja, but his chakra is water type.) And on one of his missions he went against the orders that was given to him and saved his team, but they failed his mission as a result. Even though his team and the Hokage understood what he had done and felt no anger or disappoinment towards him, the mission was a very important one and almost all of the other ninja's and village disrespected him for it. So in response he told the Hokage he was going to leave for the wave because he loved the village and decided to help the village and become a part of their country. He also left because he wanted a better life for his son because Kumori was picked on often for what happened with his Father's mission. So with the Hokage's permission Kumori, his father and mother left for Namigakure(the wave's capital) and as with his father's help and the help of this famous mist nin and his disciples they created a ninja academy for the wave and finally gave them a power in the ninja world. Two year later Kumori got into the ninja academy and graduated at the top of his class when was 11 and passed the chunnin exams when he was 12. He has an amazing knack for genjutsu and he realized at age 10/11 that he had a rare ability with genjutsu that involves why he has one green eye and one blue eye.
Personality: He is basically a nice guy when he is in a good mood. He is alittle bitter because of his childhood. He sorta acts alot like how sasuke does, meaning that he is a little thingyy in battle because he is a good ninja and doesn't talk all that much unless something is bothering him. But if you come off as a nice person to him then he is a nice person to you. He is also a big nature fan, and is often seen gardening.
Kekegenkai: Meimugan, he named the technique himself. His father says he gets it from one of his great grandfathers. This great grandfather was the first disciple of the Sage of the Six Paths. He was also the creator of genjutsu and created the second eye technique, which gives the user complete control of genjutsu and the most powerful in the world. (once mastered though) Much like the Sage's kekkei genkai it is very rare and for some odd reason Kumori was blessed to have it. The eye technique allows the user to have both an odd looking green eye and blue eye. His father calls them the Great Illusionist's eyes, because his great grandfather was the Great Illusionist. He doesn't have it mastered at the moment, but works on it everyday. The one thing he knows he has mastered is the ability to repel any genjutsu attack used against him. (may work on it later)
