History: Saitto was born in Konohagakure where he grew up and trained to become a ninja. He trained by attacking trees and dummies that his dad brought home.
Saitto's parents were supportive of him and helped him the most the could. His parents went on a mission and never came back. Leaving him to fend for himself.
Personality: Childish and is angered easily. Is nice to most people but hates beggars and scammers. Likes most children. Can be mean to people he doesn't like. Likes to annoy people.
Kekegenkai: He has Raiitogan (Rie-ee-to-gun) which allows him to see in darkness, also giving him a slight speed boost. White eyes with a Christ cross as the pupil. Medium Charkra usage. Boar sign for opening.

Description- Pieces of paper with the Japanese character 'Baku', which means 'explode' written on top it. Usually goes at the end of a kunai knife, and blows up after a certain amount of time. But these tags can be placed as easily on any other item.

The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponent's blind spot,
it can be used as a set up to a number of jutsu.
