Hokage's Mission! (Kumori)

[Kumori]

Kumori laughed at Hinitaeru's response. He looked at Hinitaeru and said, "Hello Hinitaeru, my name is Kumori Genkaku. It is a pleasure to meet you. My big mouthed friend next to me is Shiki Takashi." Then he looked quickly back over to Shiki and in response to what she said he continued, "It honestly itsn't that bad in the Nami. Even when it storms its very pleasant. Besides I love the rain much much more than I love the sun. And you don't sound strange to me? Oh, and you never answered my question Shiki...are you participating in this year's Chuunin exams. Also, when do you think we should head over to see the Hokage??" Right as he finished speaking he got his ramen. Almost instantly he started skarffing his food down, waiting for Shiki or Hinitaeru to say something.

[Shiki]

"Oh, yeah. i'll be in the chunin exams." Shiki said. "And, I never said I'm polite. Did I?" Shiki said to the so called Hinitaeru. "Well, I guess thats what you could expect from a wave ninja, right?" Shiki said the Kumori, with a sarcastic tone. She didn't mind meeting new people, inless they got on her nerves. Or called her a name. But, most ended up doing so. ANd they would end up with a smartass comment. Her bowl of Ramen finally came, and she slowly started to eat, "Oh, and I have no idea when we should see the Hokage."

[Hinitaeru]

"I was just joking with you anyways Shiki. I'm apologize if I rubbed you the wrong way though" Hinitaeru replied. At that moment his food arrived as well. He began immediately, savoring the spicy flavor. He would continue to eat in silence, listening to the conversation with curiosity.

[Kumori]

After Hinitaeru was done and began eating, Kumori looked over at Shiki again and said, "Well that's good that your participating in the chuunin exams. Me, my father, and my mother are coming to watch it when it starts. I hope you pass and become a chuunin. I'm really looking forward to watching the fighting. Its been over 4 years since i was in the chuunin exams." He smiled and continued to eat a bit more. After he ate a little bit he said, "Maybe we should go see the Hokage once we are done with are food." Then he took a big drink. "Ahh..that was good. Now finish up and lets head out to go see the Hokage," said Kumori. As he waited for Shiki to finish up eating.

[Shiki]

"There's no need to hope, I know i'll become a Chunin. And that's pretty sweet that your family will be there." Shiki said. After Kumori told her to finish eating she began to pretty much inhale her Ramen. "Alright, I'm ready. Are you Kumori?" Shiki said with a little bit of a tease in her voice. "Oh and Hinitaeru, You didn't rub me the wrong way. I'm just like that." She smiled and began to stand up and strech her legs. "It's been a while since i've been on a mission."

[Hinitaeru]

Hinitaeru smiled at Shiki's reply, glad to know he hadn't made enemies with her. Having finished his meal as well Hinitaeru stood up. "Well, it was nice meeting the both of you. Hope to see both of you around." He then went his seperate way, heading back home.

[Kumori]

Once Hinitaeru left in a different direction than them, he looked over at Shiki and said, "Of course i'm ready. Lets go see the Hokage!" He stood up and walked out of Ichiraku's with Shiki in the direction of the Hokage's mansion. After a little while of walking Kumori was thinking I wonder why she is so confident that she will pass the chuunin exams...i wonder if she honestly knows how tough it is..espicially the Forest of Death.. He looked over at Shiki and said, "Why are you so confident that you'll pass the Chuunin exams?" He laughed and continued, "Do you realize how tough it is?" He kept walking with her in the direction of the mansion while he waited for her to answer.

[Shiki]

"Why am I so confident? Because. If you say you can't do it, you never will. And besides. I've sparred with most of the people who are taknig it. I know I can beat them. The only ones who might throw a challenge are the ones from different villages. And I know how tough they are. I've seen the Forest of Death too, not only that but i've been in it." Shiki said as she walked towards the Hokage's masion. The storm was almost here, so close and loud that Shiki could hear it even with her earbuds in. "So, I'm pretty sure i can do it." She said, waiting to hear what Kumori had to say.

[Hinitaeru]

Hinitearu opened his front door as he arrived home. He was quickly greeted by his father. "There you are, been gone long enough" he said. "Good to see you too father" Hinitaeru replied. "Don't you dare talk to me that way" his father said angrily. "Of course father, my apologies" Hinitearu said, bowing to his father in respect. "Yes, well then. While you were away lallygagging a message came for you" his father said, handing Hinitaeru a piece of paper. Hinitaeru took it and looked over it. It was a summons sent by the hokage telling him to go to his office. "Well, looks like I've got to go. I'll see you later father" he said, taking his leave. He quickly made his way to the hokage's office. Weird that I would receive this today of all days. Wonder if this has anything to do with Kumori and Shiki's mission he thought along the way.

[Kumori]

"Well that's a good thing that you are confident because its a tough ass fucking test. But don't get too overconfident because that will throw you off your guard," Kumori said as they walked up to the front door of the mansion. Both of them walked in and the guard said, "Good your here. The Hokage was curious when you were getting here. I was about to go find you." "Yes, we're are here for our meetings," said Kumori as they were being led to the Hokage's office. We they walked in the Hokage said, "Welcome Kumori and Shiki. Shiki could you please wait outside of the office. I need to speak to Kumori alone about his mission." So the guard directed Shiki outside. "Now Kumori listen. Both me and your father are very afraid that the Stone, Cloud, and Sound are beginning to start with with us. The Sand have the very same suspicions and they agreed to join both the leaf and the wave if they declare war. Now me and your father want you to be one of the chuunin guards that will guard the genin during the chuunin exams considering that all the jonin are scouting throught the countries. We believe that the stone, cloud, and sound will try something during the chuunin exams because its the perfect chance to be allowed into the Fire Country. So for now you will wait here in Konoha while we wait for the chuunin exams to begin. And that is basically your mission at the moment." Kumori sat there in astonishment thinking about what he was just told. Then he looked up at the Hokage and said, "Alright, understood Lord Hokage." "Good, now you may leave. When you get out there tell Shiki that she may come in now," said the Hokage. The Kumori stood up and said, "Yes my lord." Then he walked out of the office. When he got out there he looked over at Shiki and said, "The Hokage said you may come in now." And he sat down.

[Shiki]

"Alright." Shiki walked into the HOkage's office and awaited her orders. "Come here Shiki." The Hokage said. She walked forward, almost touching his desk. "As you know, the Chunin exams are going to be soon, and we think that we may be under attack by another village. We want you to escort one of the Wave Ninja who have been sent here to watch over the chunin exams, you will only excort him around until then since you will be in the exams." Shiki stood there, awaiting for Naruto-Sama to finish speaking. "The Ninja you will be escorting is name Kumori, he is from the Wave Country. Make sure onthing happens to him, that is all now. You may go." Shiki bowed her head before leaving the room. So that's my mission?

[Hinitaeru]

Hinitaeru arrived at the hokage's office and was greeted by the guard. "I'm Senshi Hinitaeru, here to see the hokage" he said. "Ah yes, he was expecting you. Go on in" the guard said. Hinitaeru entered to see Kumori in the lobby and then saw Shiki walk out. The Hokage followed behind her and peered into the lobby. "Ah, Hinitaeru. Come on in" he said.

Hinitaeru entered into the office, not getting a chance to say anything to Kumori or Shiki. Hinitaeru bowed in respect to the hokage, "What did you want to see me for?" he asked. "Recently things have been uneasy among the ninja villages. The villages have divided into two alliances. On our side is the leaf, wave, and sound villages while against us are the sound, stone, and cloud. No war has begun yet, but it's likely just a matter of time. As you might've heard before, years ago the leaf village was attacked by the sand and sound during the chunnin exams. Now with the exams coming up and the world at unease, we fear that we might be attacked again. During the upcoming exams, it'll be your job to watch over the genin of our and our allies' genin. Do you understand your mission?" Hinitaeru literally fealt with the weight of the situation. This could turn out to be another great ninja war he thought, knowing full well the devestation the last one brought. "I understand Hokage" he replied, bowing again. "Alright then, you may take you're leave." Hinitaeru did so walking out into the lobby.

[Kumori]

As Kumori was sitting out there in the lobby bored waiting for Shiki to come out he thought Man this is serious...to think there might be another great ninja war.. At that moment Shiki walked out of his office and consequently at that same moment Hinitaeru also came into the lobby and walked right into the Hokage's office after Shiki before Kumori could even say hi...he thought Man him too....i wonder who else is going to see the Hokage today.. For many minutes Kumori just sat there thinking about everthing he and the Hokage had talked about. He also thought about why Hinitaeru and Shiki also had to see the Hokage today. After a little while and looked over at Shiki and said, "So why did you have to see the Hokage..?" Then at that same moment Hinitaeru came out and surprised Kumori looked over at him and said, "Hey Hinitaeru. I'm sorry if this is rude but why did you have to see the Hokage today?" He just sat there, waiting for one of the two to answer.

[Shiki]

Shiki walked over to Kumori as she heard him ask why she had to see the Hokage. "Oh, well. I got a mission from Naruto-Sama. I'm suposed to be your Escort until the Chunin Exams." She looked over and Hinitaeru and then back at Kumori. "I don't like knowing that there could be another...you know." Shiki sighed and started to pace around the lobby. So much was happeneing..

[Hinitaeru]

Hinitaeru walked back into the lobby and was pleased to see that Kumori and Shiki were still there. "Hey Hinitaeru. I'm sorry if this is rude but why did you have to see the Hokage today?" Kumori asked almost immediately. "Don't worry, it's not rude and I'm not easily offended anyways. I'm just sorry I couldn't say anything before going in. Anyways, he just asked me to help watch over the next chunnin exams, just in case something happens" Hinitaeru replied. "What about you guys?" he asked in return.
